The Fall Home, Design, And Art Fest At IMS, Minneapolis

In late October, our Minneapolis showroom participated in the second of an ongoing quarterly event series at International Market Square which aims to bring together showrooms throughout IMS, local artists across many disciplines, and the public to mingle and hopefully go home with inspiration for their next home updates.

The three-day fest was wildly successful with an estimate of over 300 people in attendance. Guests were greeted with live music and a roaming magician. Local artists had their artwork and merchandise on display for purchase. Participating showrooms offered light refreshments and even had live demonstrations of various activities. The entire design center was bustling with excitement and laughter could be heard echoing throughout the atrium from all floors.

Chicago Brass hosted mixed media, acrylic and oil painter, Maria Mae. She is the CEO and creative director of Little Escaper Design Studios. Maria kicked off opening night with a live painting demonstration. We had several visitors who came just to seek her out!

One of the biggest takeaways from the event was echoed by many of the public in attendance in that they were unaware anyone is able to visit and explore International Market Square and the showrooms within!
