Visually, not too much looks different, but we quietly relaunched a much improved version of our website at the beginning of 2022. Read below for what’s new!
NEW PRODUCTS & STRUCTURE
The main accomplishments of this site update include increasing our online catalog by 250+ new items and improved usability.
Both door and cabinet hardware sections doubled in size, with products from Alno, Armac Martin, Baldwin, Hardware Renaissance, Merit Metal, Omnia, Sun Valley Bronze, and more!
Our door and cabinet catalogs have been separated for quicker navigation and each catalog now includes filters for Vendor, Product Category, Date Added, and Price Range.
GRILLE CONFIGURATORS
Our grille configurators have been consolidated to our main site. The configurators were previously hosted on a sister site to provide square foot pricing in a separate cart, but we realized this was not the best user experience for our visitors. You can now configure and view current square foot pricing as well as add configured grilles to your inquiry cart along side your door and cabinet inquiry selections.
INQUIRY CART
Add products to the inquiry cart, provide any notes regarding your project, and submit.
One of our expert Account Managers will be in touch to discuss your selection(s), including finish options, pricing, lead time, and how we can best serve your project.
INVOICE PAYMENTS
Credit card and ACH payments may now be submitted online through CardPointe merchant services. The link can be found in the navigation bar on the top of our website at Resources > Pay Invoice. In addition to adding this feature to our site, the link will soon be included on all Quotes, Pro Forma, and standard Invoices. Credit card processing fees will no longer be included on these documents and will be taken when payment has been submitted. As always, there are no fees with ACH transactions.
