Custom Hardware: Service Entry Levers By Classic Brass
We worked with Classic Brass to create a custom lever that coordinated with existing interior hardware on the project and custom fittings to allow the hardware to function with existing building standard exterior levers that were required to remain on the service entry doors to the condo. This is not an uncommon scenario we run into when working in Chicago condo buildings. Our technical expertise allows us to work within these tricky parameters to provide clients with the design they want throughout their project while maintaining the requirements of each building.
The split-finish set that includes the custom lever and rose in Unlacquered Polished Brass paired with Classic’s 16080 lever and 14090 rose, both part of the Chautauqua collection, in Polished Nickel. Both levers are clipped to their roses and custom, threaded subroses were made to be compatible with Accurate Lock & Hardware’s 9100 mortise lock thrubolt spacing.
